1. Who we are
AI Mufti ("the Site") is operated from New Jersey, USA ("we", "us"). It is a free educational product: no charge, no subscription, no account. Because the Site collects and stores nothing, questions and feedback never leave your device.
2. Agreement
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
3. Educational use only
- The Site gives general Islamic educational content.
- It is not a Mufti and does not issue fatwas.
- Answers may not fit your personal situation.
- Scholars differ. Your local scholar's guidance comes first.
- Always consult a qualified scholar before acting on religious rulings.
4. Not professional advice
Nothing on the Site is legal, medical, financial, tax, mental health or family-law advice.
- Divorce, inheritance, custody → consult a scholar and a lawyer.
- Health or medication → consult a doctor.
- Money or investing → consult a licensed advisor.
- In a crisis or emergency → call 911 (US) or 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
5. Scope
Content follows Sunni scholarship and the four madhabs (Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, Hanbali). It does not cover every opinion or school.
6. Accuracy
- We try to keep content accurate and sourced.
- Errors can still happen, including in citations and translations.
- Non-English content may be machine-assisted.
- Please use "Report Problem" if you find an error.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Present Site content as a fatwa or as a scholar's personal ruling.
- Use content to harm, threaten or declare others non-Muslim (takfir).
- Scrape, copy at scale or resell the content.
- Attack, overload or reverse-engineer the Site.
- Remove disclaimers or sources when sharing.
8. Sharing
You may share individual answers for personal, non-commercial use. Keep the source, the disclaimer and a link to the Site.
9. Intellectual property
- Site design, text and code belong to us or our licensors.
- Quran and Hadith translations are credited to their owners and used under their terms.
- Arabic Quran text is the word of Allah and is not claimed by us.
10. Third-party services
The Site uses hosting (Cloudflare), may use your device's voice input, and looks up single keywords in a public Quran text service when a question is not yet in the reviewed database. Those services have their own terms. Links to other sites are not endorsements.
11. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US $50. If any part of this section is held unenforceable, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover our losses from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
14. Children
The Site is for everyone, of all ages. Parents and guardians are encouraged to explore it together with young children. We do not collect data from anyone.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be shown in the Site before you continue; continued use means you accept the changes.
16. Governing law
These Terms follow the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
17. Severability and whole agreement
If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.

The operator is based in New Jersey, USA. Because the Site has no accounts and collects nothing, there is no channel that transmits your questions or feedback to us.
